Ten Worst Places to Be Born Gay

There are places in this world where being born gay equals death.

This top ten is a list of the worst places to be born if you are homosexual. I don’t recommend traveling to these places either. This list is in order from bad to worse, with the places to avoid along with the penalties for being gay if you are caught.

#1
Jordan

While not a crime, reports have shown that LGBT people can be victims of vigilante “honour killings” in Jordan.

#2
Iraq

Although not illegal in Iraq, vigilante death squads kill homosexuals at will, and have recently started to execute imprisoned homosexuals in batches of 20.

#3
Nigeria

Although female homosexuality in Nigeria is legal in some areas that are not under Islamic Sharia law, those areas under Islamic Sharia law institute death for male homosexuals, and up to 50 lashes plus 6 months in prison for females homosexuals.

#4
United Arab Emirates

Homosexuality is not only illegal, the penalties for homosexuality in United Arab Emirates include fines, deportation, prison time, or death.

#5
Saudi Arabia

Homosexuality is not only illegal, the penalties for homosexuality in Saudi Arabia include fines, whipping, or death.

#6
Sudan

Homosexuality in Sudan is not only illegal, you can receive penalties from being jailed for as little as 5 years up to receiving the death penalty.

#7
Iran

Homosexuality is illegal in Iran and you can receive life in prison or the death penalty. Although there have been no official executions, some consider Mahmoud Asgari and Ayaz Marhoni were executed due to their homosexuality not rape as accused.

#8
Somalia

Homosexuality in Somalia is not only illegal, some areas under Islamic Sharia law institute the death penalty.

#9
Mauritania

Homosexuality in Mauritania is not only illegal, the penalty is death.

#10
Yemen

Homosexuality in Yemen is not only illegal, the penalty is death, or death flogging.

BONUS!!
Zambia

The Vice-President of Zambia has called for Zambians to report suspected homosexuals so that they can be prosecuted. Steer clear of that place!

You can add my home, Alabama to that list….Roy Moore has a good chance of being elected governor and has stated in the past his desire to “execute” homosexuals.
