Well obviously it’s time to find a site that doesn’t mind debate….enjoy your one sided retorhic, you should really take down the comment section…what’s it here for? you’ve just labelled yourself as an illegitimate website…and non american. when you don’t allow opposing views, you basically allow others who visit your website to only see one side of the story….very sad…but hey that’s your way, i accept it and this Canadian is moving on. would the powers that be here mind reposting my 2 comments from a while ago please….i mentioned the judge wouldn’t go ahead with charges about 2-3 weeks ago…he hasn’t….it’s nice to be right. But when you delete posts to prove it, your only allowing one side to be heard. What then is the point of comments? you lose admit it and let’s all move on

I’m new to this site and have a favor to ask. You mention previous articles. I am particularly interested in the chronology of events immediately preceding and following the dissolution of the civil union. Are the specifics of cause public? And how soon after the dissolution did Miller move to VA? What financial loss might Jenkins incur by moving to VA and what affect would that have regarding the jurisdiction of the VT and VA court systems? I guess that’s a lot to ask!! With all the info coming to light in Perry v Schwarzenegger this case also has significant impact.

Damaging or destroying a child’s relationship with his or her other parent is parental alienation — and it doesn’t matter if the parents are straight or gay. Kudos to the judge in this case for recognizing Janet Jenkin’s and Isabelle’s right to be part of each other’s lives. The more we can educate parents (gay and straight), legal and mental health professionals about the destructive affects of parental alienation the more we can help families avoid what this family has gone through. Apparently you did not gather that Jenkins drove all the way to VA to be with Isabella every weekend until Miller decided that she wanted to kick Jenkins out of her life. Of course, that requires you actually give a farthing about what Jenkins did.

YOU just want her to move to VA in order to ensure that Miller could then have been granted sole right and kick Jenkins out of her and Isabella’s life. We went over that one already. We went over just about every single slander and misinformation you could spread in here. Perhaps you should buy your own site and put up your own thoughts there.

Talk about the revolving door. This is how it works; sqeeeeeuak – Lisa Miller’s name appears on LGR and Eric appears. Whoop dee doo.. through the door. The swish the door starts to spin in time with his mantra – “homo, homo, homo…. ” At speed not even he can keep up with. The judge in the case has scheduled a hearing for next month regarding the issue of the contempt warrant. This is to give the Virginia courts time enough to consider whether or not to issue their own warrant.

Isabella was very upset to leave Janet the last time. Maybe you should consider that in your rampant attempts to shut us up regarding this story.
