“TMZ was able to speak with the lawyer who filed the suit, Melissa Harnett, who said “Telling people you take two magic pills and then eat chocolate cake all day is a deception.””

It is hard to believe that Jillian Michaels stated you should “eat chocolate cake all day”. But then again anyone may be sued for any reason in this country. That is why we have liars I mean lawyers. Perhaps Ms. Michaels should consider seeing an attorney after Ms. Harnett’s statement. Sometimes it is best to not say anything in relation to a legal case.
