It is quite possible that Lisa Miller, the now ex-gay,  biological Mother who lost custody of  her 8 year old daughter, to her lesbian partner last year, has fled the United States.

According to our sources, the fugitive Miller left the USA around the time that she was supposed to hand over the child to the custodial mother, Janet Jenkins.  Her passage was planned and financed by a member of a local VA Church Group, renowned for its anti gay and lesbian activity.

According to an Associated Press report  Miller fled to El Salvador’s capital, San Salvador, from Juarez, Mexico, which is across the Rio Grande from El Paso, Texas. The authorities are concerned for the safety and well being of Isabella.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is distributing photos and information about  to news and media outlets throughout the  Central America region.

Lezgetreal has covered this story extensively and this development comes as no surprise.

On June 23, the Vermont Supreme Court will hear arguments from Miller’s attorneys, who say they haven’t heard from her since September, on an appeal that contends a Family Court judge was wrong to transfer custody rights to Jenkins last November.

I am not sure how a kidnapper will look good in the Court.  If I were the Judge I would refuse to hear the matter until such time as Miller was present and in compliance with current orders.  What chutzpah she has thinking she can continue to make use of the USA Court system, while she is not in compliance with its current ruling.
