Anti-Gay Activists Attack Justin Bieber

The vile Westboro Baptist Church has set their sights on the 16 year old heartthrob. You might remember the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) for their protests of a gay military man’s funeral, where they displayed signs that implied God killed the solider because he was a “faggot” in front of the deceased hero’s family and friends, most notably the man’s father. WBC also protested the graduation of teen Constance McMillen, who was excluded from her Prom because she was a lesbian. Most recently, the group protested Comic-con in San Diego.
Celebuzz is reporting that Fred Phelps—has lashed out at the singer on the WBC website and members picketed outside of Bieber’s concert at the Sprint Center in Kansas City on Wednesday evening. Along with their trademark “God Hates Fags” signage. This hatred seems to be a tactic for the group to get attention, as their only problem with Bieber is that he is not using his incredible fame and popularity with young girls to spread the word of God, as the WBC interprets it. The WBC wrote on their website:
“[Bieber] has a platform given to him by God to speak to this world; he has a duty to teach obedience by his actions and words. He refuses to do that because he knows his concert halls would be empty! So, he teaches you to sin and rebel against God’s commandments.”
As if the WBC wasn’t disgusting enough…hopefully the next time they protest they will be trampled by a wave of 13 year old Justin Bieber fans. Bieber fans are known to be hardcore, they almost trampled Mama Biebs and they sent Kim Kardashian death threats after she tweeted a picture of her and Justin together.
I’m a fan of Justin Bieber. I don’t really listen to the music he sings or whatever, but he seems like a nice kid. He also spawned my favorite website, http://lesbianswholooklikejustinbieber.tumblr.com/ Those girls are adorable.

Does it matter if he’s gay or not?
He is a musician, therefore you can listen to his music, and like it, without going on a rampage about his sexuality. If he is, that’s his business, if he’s not, that’s his business too.
And the church that would say God hates anyone is a very sad thing indeed. God is supposed to be loving and your Father no matter what.
Anyone using God to condone their beliefs is a coward because they can’t stand up for what they believe in themselves.

What the hell? Is Justin Beiber gay or something? I don’t listen to the kid’s music or follow him or anything. Why is the church doing all of this anti-gay shit directed at a KID? Why the fuck protest gays anyway? Who the hell’s business is it what two people of legal consent do in their bedrooms? Who are they hurting? NO ONE! Maybe that loser-ass church should get over it and protest something that is actually EVIL, like child molesters or something like that. Okay, I’m really gettin tired of this crap. I am a christian and i do not believe in gay marriage, but i dont go running around to the people i see that are homosexual and call them “faggots” and all this other stuff. God says to not judge and not to be harsh to people even if they do not believe in what He believe, but we are to show the right thing to people who do believe in gay marriage and be different. I dont want to judge but if they call themselves “christians”, seriously? Actions speak way louder than words, and its starting to annoy me, yes we christians are suppose to stand up for what is right, but if we are going to yell and scream and threaten and smash and bash then no one is going to take us seriously. First of all, I’m just extremely hurt and disappointed that these people are spewing their hatred in the name of God! This is exactly why the Christian “religion” has a horrible reputation of being supported by judgmental hypocrites who damn everyone to hell.
As a Christian myself, I would never hate someone just because they were gay. I may not agree with their lifestyle but that’s MY preference. I can’t force my beliefs and opinions on others. I’m not going to stop caring for someone any less if they decide they are in love with someone of the same sex. I wish people would stop treating gays like aliens from another planet. It’s prejudice! These people are so wrapped up in God being against gays, yet they are forgetting that he also asks us to love and respect one another. I am utterly embarrassed…

Okay, wow. Just fucking wow. Justin Bieber, even though he may appear to be gay, is not gay. Jus sayin. Not only did they assume that he was gay in the first place, but of all people they could have done that to. They chose Justin Bieber. Do they know how many little children there are and parents who I’m sure were pretty pissed? Yeeeeah that’s pretty stupid. I’ve never understood what these westboro people are trying to prove when they protest at events. I mean I was always taught that God loves all people. It doesn’t matter if your black or white, gay or straight, tall or short, skinny or fat. I’m a firm believer that god love us all. Those of you that justify the westboro church protesting a Justin Bieber concert should be ashamed. No matter how much you hate Bieber, that was a very inappropriate place to gather, there were young children and their families there, and no child should have to experience the hate that those people have in their hearts. the westboro church is a ridiculous organization, to me their just a hate group, who hates anything or anyone that is not them.

the soldier at whose funeral they protested was not gay, WBC just thinks that all soldiers die because US is tolerant of gays. WBC’s messages don’t make any sense; soldiers died in WWII when we were not tolerant of gays, they die now when we are tolerant of gays. If WBC is claiming a Christian foundation, they’re clearly forgot to real a few hundred pages in the Bible.
