Breaking Arizona 1070 Blocked by Federal Judge
Melanie Nathan -7-28-10 – A federal Judge issued a preliminary injunction, blocking the Arizona SB 1070 controversial Immigration Law legislated in Arizona. The law was set to take effect on Thursday this week.
The Law was clearly a political ploy instigated and implemented by a previously unknown obscure Republican politician, Jan Brewer, appointed Governor of Arizona. The law also served to take attention off the current problem facing the legislature in Arizona. The ploy has cost this Country much in the form of exacerbating racial tensions as well as scaring millions of undocumented foreigners currently hoping for Amnesty in the USA.
Brewer has also taken attention off the issue of Employers who often take advantage of what is often termed “illegal Immigrants ” in Arizona.

Steve, it seems to me that what you are interested in first of all is your pocketbook. The tourism has decreased BECAUSE of the illegal immigrant issue.
Breaking into our country is no different than breaking into someones home. A criminal is a criminal.
The real cause of this mess is our politicians. They should be removed along with the illegals. A little common sense in our laws could straighten our this mess. I would even bet that if you and I were to sit down together that within a couple of hours we could write a laws to rectify the issue. Too bad, the idiots we have elected can’t do the same. Lets vote them all out and start all over.

I’m a current civilian in Arizona and I’m not at all pro immigration, but what is sure is that this bill did more damage to Arizona than good. I own at a tourism office and the truth is that Arizona tourism has dropped so much more when the law was first proposed causing a lot of loss of money for its citizens . Not to mention my worry on security, police officers should be out getting murderers, and thieves not spending all of there time asking people for there documentation. Don’t get me wrong what illegal immigrants have done IS ILLIGAL, but we all know that its a stereotype that all illegal’s are the cause of all the crimes in Arizona or that they all do drugs its crazy; drugs and crimes aren’t lemmatized to a certain race and besides I usually see these people working anyway. So who should I a fear more someone who jumped the border or someone whose going around with a gun trying to shoot someone??? I pay my taxes so that the police can do there job and detain those who pose a threat to the citizens not someone outside Home Depot.
