Elizabeth Hasslebeck Thinks Mature Women Can’t Get Men

Do you watch the View? Probably not, but conservative talk show personality Elizabeth Hasslebeck wants you to know that if you are over 40 and a lesbian, it’s because you can’t get a man. She also wants you to know that you will probably not get a man, because all men like younger women, so you really should consider being a lesbian. No really, that’s what she said on the show today. Lesbians, mature women and nice men everywhere are offended.

Whoopi brought the subject of women coming out later in life up and you know that they are only talking about it because they KNOW Elizabeth will say something stupid and offensive, thus making themselves look smart and tolerant while pulling in ratings for the show. It’s a win/win for everyone but the mark, Elizabeth.

So Whoopi says that more women are coming out later in life. Sherri says maybe “it’s a ‘been there done that’ thing? Now, everyone is focused on Elizabeth but I want to point out that Sherri is also pretty ignorant. Elizabeth interrupts Sherri and says “Older men are sleeping with younger women…the men are evacuating to these younger women…the men your age are chasing little women” Being over 40  and female is a virus! The men are exacuating! Swarm SWARM! Behar interrupts Elizabeth and brings her back to earth, she says “You are acting like women are in jail! We aren’t in jail.” Whoopi says being gay isnt walking through the tulips. Joy points out there is a sexual side to it, that these women were trapped in a system where they were told they couldn’t be gay, but the feelings were probably always there, whether they were always concious of it or not. Elizabeth says that women need companionship and that’s more important. Sherri just nods her head like a bobblehead doll and makes sure that she is safely on the side of stupidity with Elizabeth, where they are the most comfortable.

Queerty said of the comments: Old guys are going for younger gals, leaving women in the 40s and 50s and 60s to do nothing but start finger banging chicks. Sorry, Sherri: This means you’re about to become a dyke.

No, no that’s okay. We don’t want Sherri on our team. Straight people can keep her.
