Jane Lynch, Glee and Modern Family Score Emmy Noms

The recently hitched actress Jane Lynch has another reason to celebrate, she was nominated for and Emmy! Lynch will be competing in the ”Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy” category against Julie Bowen, “Modern Family”, Sofia Vergara, “Modern Family”, Kristen Wiig, “Saturday Night Live”, Jane Krakowski, “30 Rock” and Holland Taylor, “Two And A Half Men.” Tough competition, but Jane Lynch is hot right now and she has a good shot at winning.

LGBT friendly comedy series Glee, Modern Family and Nurse Jackie will also be going head to head in the ”Outstanding Comedy Series” category. Emmy veteran series the Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm and 30 Rock will also be vying for the Emmy. Most critics are predicting that 30 Rock will win once again, but I would love to see Nurse Jackie rock it out.
