Jon Stewart Says “stop watching Fox” If We Want To Cut Off Funding To “Terror Mosque”

08/24/10-by Bridgette P. LaVictoire
At the end of Tomorrow Never Dies, the character of Elliot Carver, played by Jonathan Price, gets run through with a drill and dies rather horribly. Many people believe that the character was, in part, based upon Rupert Murdoch, the owner of News Corp. However, it was the Daily Show that pieced together the idea that, if people wanted to combat Islamic extremism that they should turn off FOX News. This, of course, has to do with “He Who Shall Not Be Named On FOX” Saudi prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, who happens to be both a financier of News Corp (largest share outside the family) and the man behind The Kingdom Foundation who might be giving money for the so-called “Ground Zero Mosque”.

As Stewart points out in the clip “That’s right, the guy they’re painting as a sinister money force OWNS Fox News.” He later goes on to say “If we want to cut off funding to the terror mosque, we must, together as a nation, stop watching Fox.”
