War Of Words Between Ann Coulter And WorldNetDaily Gets Nasty

08/19/10-by Bridgette P. LaVictoire
Ann Coulter and World Net Daily’s Joseph Farah are at each others rhetorical throats and it is going to get nasty. Recently, Farah, who is the publisher and editor of World Net Daily, dropped Coulter from his upcoming “Taking America Back”, which is not to be confused with “Take America From The Back”, or “Take Back America”, even though it could still end up being a really good marketing campaign.

Farah, who is ardently homophobic, attacked Coulter stating “there is simply no room (at Taking America Back) for compromisers or for people who accept money from those determined to destroy the moral fabric required for self-governance and liberty.” Coulter called Farah a “publicity whore” and a “swine” for publishing an email exchange between them.

Coulter via Tweets and emails said that Farah “could give less than two shits about the conservative movement as demonstrated by his promotion of the birther nonsense. He’s the only allegedly serious conservative pushing the birther thing and for one reason- to get hits on his website.”

Coulter is a columnist for WND, though how long that remains true will have to be seen. She said about her appearance at GOProud’s Homocon, “They hired me to give a speech. So, I’m giving a speech. I do it all the time.” She later stated about Farah’s decision to pull her from “Taking Back America” that she is not losing any money since Farah could not afford to pay her anyway.

In the wake of the civil unions law in Vermont, signs proclaiming “Take Back Vermont” popped up and became one of the best tourism campaigns the state ever had even though they were aimed at repealing civil unions. Some counter signs from the LGBT Community said “Take Vermont From Behind” and “Take Vermont From The Back,” both referring, of course, to anal intercourse.
