Rapper Fifty Cent Threatens to “Shoot Up” a Gay Wedding

09/10/2010- by Natasia Langfelder

Yesterday, we reported that rapper Soulja Boy called Fabolous a F@ggot via twitter. Rapper Fifty Cent also got involved on Soulja Boy’s behalf and threatened Fabolous with violence and used various anti-gay epithets. These people are all so disgusting, especially since Fifty’s mom is bisexual and he should know better. Perez Hilton, the infamous gay blogger, tweeted at Fifty and called him out on his behavior. He called him a ‘douchebag’ so Fifty Cent tweeted that he was going to send his homies to shoot up a gay wedding along with a picture of two men in suits running from a mob. Perez reports that Fifty tweeted: “Perez Hilton calld me douchebag so I had my homie shoot up a gay wedding. wasnt his but still made me feel better.” [Source] Because that was the appropriate response to being called a douchebag. Fifty ended his tirade about Soulja Boy and Fabolous by tweeting:

Soulja and fab kicked it they cool now aint no more beef you cock suckers have a nice day lol

Perez responded with:

@50cent cocksuckers always have a nice day!

Which is true. GLAAD has stepped in and are asking for an apology from Fifty for his comment about shooting up a gay wedding. They implore Fifty not to take his “frustration with Perez Hilton” out on the entire “homosexual community.” Usually I’m a fan of GLAAD, but Fifty’s homophobic statements occured both before and after Perez Hilton got involved. Soulja Boy and Fabolous both made anti-gay comments before Perez Hilton got involved as well. Fifty’s problem with gays is a lot deeper than Perez Hilton. He should apologize but he also shouldn’t be allowed to blame his behavior on the often provacative Perez.

I’m officially never listening to a Fifty Cent song again.
