Jessica Simpson is Having a Vegan Thanksgiving

Jessica Simpson told Jimmy Fallon that she and fiancee Eric Johnson (is there a more generic name? Maybe next time she can marry Mike Smith) will be having a tofu turkey for Thanksgiving, or as they are more commonly known a “tofurkey.” Jessica says the reason for the tofurkey is because: After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy.” Ooooh, right. That’s the first thing I did after my contract with the NFL expired and no one picked it up, I went to a healer to talk about going vegan.

Jessica isn’t a big fan of the upcoming tofurkey saying, “It’s gonna be jiggly and weird.” I think that’s what Eric Johnson said before he took her top off, but you know what? He did it anyway, Jess! So give the tofurkey a try!

Jessica didn’t address whether or not there would be tons of lesbians flocking to Thanksgiving with her and Johnson this year. But my guess is that vegan Johnson has a lot of vegan lesbian friends who talked him into that tofurkey. Basically, you are totally invited to the J-Simp/Johnson abode tomorrow. I know I’ll be there! Happy Thanksgiving lezzies!
