It was Stephen Colbert versus David Boies on the subject of same-sex marriage last night on the Colbert Report in what was a very funny interview. At one point, showing his own humor, Boies answered Colbert’s question regarding Ted Olson’s support of marriage equality with a quip about how it is all about family values. Colbert did a wonderful job playing along with the notion that he was, somehow, really against marriage equality including many of the rather inane arguments that those who are opposed to LGBT rights tend to push on a daily basis.

Have a watch, it’s a lot of fun.
