Tammy Lynn Michaels: “Etheridge Bought New Sex Toys for Wallen”

If Melissa Etheridge thought leaving ex Tammy Lynn Michaels was going to be easy, she thought wrong. With the world watching the bitter breakup between the two, Michaels has taken full advantage of the fact that the entertainment world is reading her blog to air out her and Etheridge’s dirty laundry. Michaels has said in the past that Etheridge left her broke, with no money for food for their children, that Etheridge didn’t take care of the kids, etc. Now, Michaels is upping the ante and exposing details of Etheridge’s sex life with her new girlfriend and long time best friend, Linda Wallen (Wallen is also the co-creator of one of my favorite shows, Nurse Jackie)
Michaels writes on her blog:
i didn’t know
there was someone moving in
as i was moving outindeed
three weeks later a box of new toys
was delivered and her assistant brought
it to my rental house as a mistake
i opened it
and that’s when i felt something was upi called her
“i have your new dicks on my kitchen counter?”
Oh Tammy, as usual, that was one step too far. None of us wanted to picture Melissa Etheridge with strap-ons or toys of any kind. I mean…barf! I guess it’s still better than the time Rosie O’Donnell wrote about tweaking her own nipples during sex. But if I had to read it, you all had to read it. At least Melissa is finally dating someone appropriate for her, both in terms of age, sexual orientation (I’m looking at YOU, Julie) and career success. Have I mentioned that I LOVE “Nurse Jackie”?
There are some valuable lessons we can all learn from this though.
1) Be chivalrous and safe by getting new toys for new partners.
2) Don’t be a dumbass and send the new toys to the house your ex is still living in.
3) Don’t date Tammy Lynn Michaels, cuz she will tell everyone about your new dicks.

not really…melissa and julie have both said that she’s straight and that’s why they couldnt make it work.

Just saw the picture of Melissa and Linda out and about together….. AWESOME DISGUISES!!!!!!! I hardly recognized them behind those perpetually sexy aviator glasses. Some things never go out of style…. but caps probably woulda helped.

Natasia, Right there with ya!!!! I have to admit that Melissa’s staff’s faux pas is more than a little amusing. That’s like the totally worst nighmare EVER! Makes me wonder if it was really an accident. That’s karma, baby….. The thought of Melissa and Linda playing with their toys is really not a pleasant image…. Not goin’ there again!!!! Sure hope karma smiles on Tammy financially. Melissa might have been better served by throwing a chunk of change at this instead of being selfish and vindictive…. especially if she really cares about the emotional well being of those twins.
