LIES NEVER DIE ON FOX

02/09/11-by L.S. Carbonell
I can’t do it. I can’t live without “Worst Person in the World” until April. Not when Bill-O the Clown is at it again.

The attempt by Live Action to entrap Planned Parenthood employees with hidden camera videos,á la ACORN, is old news. Not on Fox News. Tuesday night, Bill O’Reilly presented the two (out of over a dozen) videos in which a Planned Parenthood employee violated PP’s standards. One has already been fired, which O’Reilly did acknowledge. What he didn’t acknowledge, as he pontificated about the legal obligation for anyone in PP’s position to report suspected child abuse, is the fact that Live Action’s phony pimp was reported – to local police and the FBI – as soon as she walked out the door.

This is exactly what happened with the ACORN “sting” – as soon as the actors were out the door, at least one ACORN employee called the authorities about the non-existent human smuggling ring he’d just been told about. If it doesn’t happen during the taping, Fox can ignore what happened. Just like the ACORN employees, the Planned Parenthood employees suspected they were being set up. Unlike ACORN, they acted on that suspicion.

O’Reilly capped the segment by interviewing Sen. Mike Pence, who thanked O’Reilly for bringing this crime to the public’s attention. The two discussed the “taxpayers’ money” that is funding these “criminals” at Planned Parenthood. ACORN redux. The right is going to use these videos to defund anything they object to. There are three separate bills on the House agenda aimed at cutting into a woman’s right to an abortion. This is what the Live Action videos are all about, building public support for these bills. And this is what O’Reilly’s all about – denying women the right to a safe, legal abortion.

Come on, Bill-O, make up your mind. Your Catholic upbringing makes you opposed to abortions, but 16 years of Catholic education should have taught you that lying is a sin and that includes lies of omission. Stop trying to prevent others sinning and own up to yours.

The man’s a joke! Just hearing the garbage that’s been coming out of his mouth over the last week, not to mention his farce of an interview with the President, is enough to make him into an even bigger clown!
I’m all for these people to be around just for laughs, but the problem is there are those out there who think they’re the voice of truth and reason. Glenn Beck is another clown.
I was behind a car the other day, and there was a bumper sticker on it that said:

“Jesus is my savior. Rush is my hero!”

    I rest my case!
