Whether or not the latest incarnation of My Little Pony has a lesbian character or not is kind of irrelevant. It is fairly popular on the internet and, honestly, it is a pretty good series. Then again, given that it is also being produced by the powerhouse behind The Powerpuff Girls. It is, oddly, a show that is well made at a time when most television shows aimed towards children are very poorly done.
This might be why I stopped watching Cartoon Network quite as often.
Well, fans of the show are lining up to get glimpses of the upcoming show, and for some reason that includes quite a lot of adults, including a number of adult men known affectionately as ‘bronies’. In fact, the show returns on 17 September, just in time for BronyCon (24 September).
Hey, what can I say here, we at LezGetReal are more than willing to support shows that talk about tolerance even if they only have a vague tendency towards lesbian themes. Well, it also probably helps that the owner- moi- has the emotional maturity of a 14 year old.
So, here is in the lead up to this particular clip, the spirit of chaos, Discord (voiced by John DeLancie [Q on Star Trek]), has escaped imprisonment and is out to torment Twilight Sparkle and her friends.
