Somewhere between September and January of last year, Lisa Miller abducted the daughter she had with Janet Jenkins and fled to Central America, likely to Nicaragua. Mennonite pastor Timothy Miller was recently arrested in connection with the abduction. In the hours after the revelation that one of the major players in the abduction of Isabella Miller and the bringing of Lisa Miller into the fold of the Thomas Roads Baptist Church is an admitted child molester, Timothy Miller, not a relation to Lisa Miller, has struck a deal whereby the charges against him will be dropped as long as he cooperates with the kidnapping investigation.
Soon after news broke of Linda Wall admitting to having been a child molester and having sexually entrapped and molested a twelve year old girl back in the 1970′s, US Attorney Tristram J. Coffin had the indictment against Timo Miller dismissed. The order signed by both Coffin and US District Judge Christina M. Reiss states:
“In light of Timothy Miller’s role in the international parental [kidnapping], and his agreement to cooperate with the investigation of the United States government, including an agreement to return to the United States and to provide truthful testimony as requested in any proceedings in this matter, further prosecution is not in the interests of the United States at this time.”
Timothy Miller was influential in terms of helping arrange for the flight out of the country and with contacts in Nicaragua’s Mennonite community, at least according to the original indictment. The FBI believes that Victoria Hyden, an admin assistant at Liberty University School of Law, also aided Lisa Miller with supplies at her new location as well as a place to stay. Lisa Miller was represented throughout the custody battle by Liberty Counsel, which has offices on the Lynchburg, VA campus of Liberty University as well as in Florida.
Lisa Miller and Janet Jenkins joined in a civil union in Vermont in 2000. They split up in 2003 soon after Isabella was born. Lisa Miller moved to Virginia at some point after that, and initially cooperated with Judge William Cohen’s order that Jenkins, who lives in Rutland County in Vermont, be given visitation rights. That changed when Miller was contacted by someone who was associated with Thomas Roads Baptist Church. According to the information that LezGetReal has, that person was Linda Wall, the woman who has been at the center of a firestorm for her admission of having molested at least one child.
After that, Miller became more and more isolated, and started to refuse to allow Janet Jenkins access to her daughter with Miller. After Judge Cohen gave her repeated warnings and after Wall orchestrated an attempt to silence any and all reporting on this particular story- including a severe harassment of LezGetReal- Jenkins was given full custody of Isabella Miller. After that, Miller disappeared with the child that she and Jenkins had together.

This story claims “The FBI believes that Victoria Hyden…also aided Lisa Miller with supplies at her new location as well as a place to stay.” This is false. The source could easily be a mistake similar to the one in a recent article at http://www.Advocate.com, which has since been corrected. The source for that was an affidavit that says a phone “call” (without even stating who provided the alleged information) claimed that “Zodhiates asked Hyden to disseminate a request to get Lisa Miller supplies.” Victoria denies receiving any such email. Even if she had, the affidavit never claims that she even responded, let alone actually “aided” Lisa Miller. Please correct this false information.

Thank you for the information. We will double check and issue a correction if we find it necessary.
While we have you here, though, would you be willing to explain why Linda Wall was given access to Isabella Miller, as we have been told, and would you care to explain when you knew about Linda Wall’s history of child molestation and her unrepentant attitudes about her behavior?
