She is little known outside one or two states. She is more conservative than most women. She has had little in the way of experience in national politics. Sound familiar?
As Sheriff Bart said “Can’t you see this is the last act of a desperate man”, and it may very well be true. Romney has apparently named fifteen possible vice presidential running mates he would choose if he gets the nomination, and among those are Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire. Ayotte has endorsed Romney, who is from Massachusetts, by saying that he is the “one person in this field who is prepared to lead the United States of America. Most importantly, there is one person who I know will ensure that Barack Obama is a one-term president, and that is Mitt Romney.”
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie also endorsed Romney.
Romney has not gotten any endorsements from within the South that amounted to much. There are many who want Obama out, but it is not clear if they are willing to elect Romney who is under attack for changing his views on same-sex marriage and LGBT rights.
Romney pushed back against statements that he was for gay rights, but not gay marriage by saying that “The story on same sex marriage is that I have the same position from when I ran in the very beginning. I’m in favor of traditional marriage. I oppose same-sex marriage. At the same time, I don’t believe in discriminating in employment or opportunity for gay individuals. So I favor gay rights. I do not favor same-sex marriage. That has been my position all along.”
While Romney has staunchly opposed same-sex marriage, his support for LGBT issues has waned greatly In 1994, he ran for the Senate as a supporter of the LGBT Community, but now he is calling for a Constitutional Amendment opposing same-sex marriage and wants to roll back the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.
Man, this guy must have a boner for the Presidency or something.

How can you be against discrimination in employment and for DADT?
Mitt once said he was to the left of Ted Kennedy on gay rights (when he wanted to be elected as Senator). His record is another flip-flop-flip-flop, saying what he needs to say to get elected.
