Wisconsin’s primary is an open primary, and quite a number of Democrats came out to vote for Rick Santorum in order to keep the primary season going on for ages.
In Wisconsin, Romney tried to drum up the anti-Obama sentiment and tried to blame him for raising gas prices, a tactic that the Republicans have been trying to push but been unable to actually get any traction with.
