Chuck Norris To BSA: It’s OK To Be Anti-Gay

Chuck Norris

Chuck Norris has gotten tired of being the butt of the joke on Barren’s Chat and decided to become a joke in real life. Norris has, apparently, written an Op-Ed for the pro-gun website Ammoland.com in which he verbally attacked Boy Scouts of America board member James Turley for trying to change the organization’s anti-gay policies.

Apparently Norris is scared that people will question his manhood here or something. The conservative also attacked President Barack Obama. In fact, he claimed that Turley and Obama were in cahoots with each other.

He stated that:

“Is it a coincidence that a couple of months ago, Obama reversed his position on marriage, extending the union to gay couples, and that Turley just came out of the closet in his position against the BSA’s position?

Is it a coincidence that in the same few weeks when Turley turned on the BSA with his pro-gay stance, Obama turned on the U.S. military and sent down a decree that the service branches must celebrate “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month”?

Is it a coincidence that Turley is in tight cahoots with the White House and that he is the only BSA national board member in 100 years to oppose its pro-traditional family stance?”

Norris also claimed that the BSA is the best of America and “as integral a part of American life and culture as hot dogs, baseball and Grandma’s apple pie.” He even concluded by asking “Is it a coincidence that BSA national board member James Turley came out swinging against the BSA’s century-old policy to ban gays from leadership and that he has such close affiliations with the pro-gay Obama administration?”

Norris also stated “If two people think so much alike, you can bet that one person isn’t thinking.” I guess that means that all of his thinking is being done by Brian Brown or Maggie Gallagher since, well, only one of them has a brain according to Norris, and his apparently dribbled out all over his shoulders long ago.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation stated about Norris “Chuck Norris should talk to Mitt Romney, who Norris endorsed for president and who has said on the record that all Americans should be able to participate in the Boy Scouts of America regardless of sexual orientation,” writes Rich Ferraro. “Hundreds of thousands of Americans have recently signed a Change.org petition and called on an end to the ban including celebrities Josh Hutcherson, Benicio del Toro, Julianne Moore, Joshua Jackson, Kat Graham and Dianna Agron. . .Celebrities who support gay Americans are enjoying popular careers while Chuck Norris appears to be a fame-hungry has-been with poor research skills.”

Norris is a devout Christian whose last paying acting gig appears to have been in a commercial for World of Warcraft.
