One Million Moms: Boycott Kraft Foods!

Have you ever wondered what kind of truth requires people to lie about it in order to make it sound true? Well, pretty much everything that One Million Moms says is tinged with lies, and that taint exposes just how much of their supposed truths are not true. This time, they are going after Kraft Foods.

One Million Moms is upset over this photo from Oreos Facebook page:

They start by saying:

Oreo (Kraft Foods) is joining others in supporting Gay Pride. This month is LBGT Pride month and only time will tell if Oreo’s support will continue. The company announced its support for same sex marriage on the Oreo Cookie Facebook page with a picture of a rainbow version of their famous cookie. Oreo’s Facebook thread read, “Proudly Support Love!” with a graphic that read “June 25| Pride”.

The cookie maker is quick to point out that the picture is simply an ad, and doesn’t depict a true product. But it announced to American consumers where it stands on the controversial “gay” marriage issue nonetheless. Homosexuals are weighing in, hoping Oreo makes the fake cookie real.

Of course, where it gets tricky is here:

Moms are aware that Kraft manufacturers a long list of popular products, but Kraft needs to know that there are competitors that make similar products. Moms also know that store brand products will help the grocery bill in this tough economy.

As we know, this stand has not gone well for other companies. For those who do not know, JC Penney (JCP) has parted ways with their president, Michael Francis, after only eight short months. JCP CEO, Ron Johnson, admitted in a recent statement that their Father’s Day sales were a bust. “Penney’s shares fell 8.8% Tuesday (after Francis’ departure was announced) to their lowest level in a year, and store traffic was down 10%.” This is in addition to their huge, first quarter loss. According to the Wall Street Journal, “J.C. Penney posted a $163 million loss and said sales fell 20% in the first three months of its fiscal year.”

This loss should tell companies that siding with radical homosexuals has its price. Another example is Ford Motor companies. Obviously, the company’s far-left approach is driving away shoppers and its executives. Whether J.C. Penney will learn from its mistakes is yet to be seen. But JCP’s freefall should serve as a warning to other companies before they decide to cater to homosexuals and their sinful lifestyle choices.

Actually, JCP’s problems are not being caused by their stance on homosexuality or their inclusion of LGBT families in advertising. This is a lie. The problem is that many of their customers liked their old products and are not happy with the new stuff that JCP is selling. The problem is that the investors are the ones pushing the change because they want to make a ton of money fast.

When you have to lie in order to bolster your point, you destroy your point or at the very least make it clear that your point is not worth reporting the reality. This is not unlike the protests happening at General Mills where almost no one is showing up so the protesting groups are having to lie about it.

They conclude with:

There are plenty of cookies on the market for moms to buy for their families that do not support liberal causes. We have a choice. Kraft’s brands include Oreo, Cadbury, Maxwell House, and Nabisco.

One Million Moms will continue to support companies in the future with full understanding where they stand on principles and morality. We will choose to stay away from those who do not support moral decency.

Y’all might want to really consider that a bit better. You see, OMM is nice and gives everyone a very small number of the brands made by Kraft Foods. A lot of companies not only make the name brand, but the store brands that are cheaper. They also don’t want to tell you about all of the companies that support equality. It is so nice of them to ignore all of that, isn’t it. This way, you can buy all the stuff you want while actually ignoring that you’re buying something from Kraft Foods and all the other companies that support LGBT rights. In fact, you might just want to learn how to slaughter your own meats and grow your own veggies because, let’s face it, you are going to have a hard time not buying someone who supports equality.

It’s nice to see a group called One Million Moms, when there’s 400,000 memebers… Before they start attacking companies, they should actually gain 1,000,000 moms in the group. Also, it’s not the 1950′s where back then they said gays were predators. It’s 2012 and gays are everywhere, from music to television. I know sone people aren’t ready for change, but they should at least respect these companies for having the guts to support them.

I hope those one million moms realize they have up to 100,000 gay children between them.

That would be a feat since there are only like I think 30,000 of them. :P

Annother possible reason for dropping sales (Pretty much everywhere around here) is it’s so freaking HOT! 100-105+ highs tend to keep smart people home if at all possible.
