FL Lt. Gov.: Black Women Who Look Like Me Don’t Have Lesbian Trysts
It always seems like a hoot when a Republican gets caught in a gay sex scandal. Usually, they don’t seem to know how to handle it. Florida Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll has responded to accusations that she fired Carletha Cole after the former aide caught Carroll in a “compromising position” with another woman. Carroll responded to the allegations by saying “Black women that look like me don’t engage in relationships like that.”
Ms Carroll, who looks just as attractive as, say, Wanda Sykes, seems to be trying to play on the stereotype of what a lesbian looks like. Carroll has been married for twenty-nine years, but decided to attack Cole by saying that she is “the one that’s been single for a long time. The problem is that when you have these accusations that come out, it’s not just one person you’re attacking. It’s an entire family. My husband doesn’t want to hear that. He knows the type of woman I am. I mean, my kids know the type of woman I am.”

Just to note, Larry Craig has been married for the same amount of time as Carroll, so just being married has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Cole has stated that Carroll fired her after she caught Carroll and travel aide Beatriz Ramos in Carroll’s office having sex. Cole has passed a polygraph test regarding the claims and passed it. Such tests are not considered admissible evidence in the courts, however. Cole is under investigation for allegedly leaking recordings of conversations within Carroll’s office.
So far, requests by Cole’s attorney, Steven R. Andrews, to have Carroll and Ramos take polygraphs of their own have gone unanswered.
Carroll told supporters that “I will be fighting back against these blatant lies.”
Seems we’ve heard that one before.

Excuse me for this post-post,but I can’t resist the urge to suggest that the , an extremely attractive woman of African descent, should reach into the depths of her extremely shallow soul and fess us, as a former Gov of NJ did and admit he was “A Gay American Man.” When he did so, although it shocked his wife, I saw a sense of relief sweep over his face. He’s now “out,” studying for the Episcopal priesthood and living in a state of honesty. Can FL’s LGov do less? If NJ’s former Gov’s wife can accept her former husband’s true self, FL’s LGov should quit living a lie and fess up to her husband and family!

I’m gasping in shock! Or should I? How stupid can a person be? I mean what does a Lesbian look like? Rather than get philosophical and deep, as a str8 male of African descent, let me put it as plainly as possible-we are what we are. I don’t know the difference between nature and nurture, and really don’t give a damn. If the LGov is Bi-thats the way it is and she should accept it. But to say that one’s preference/orientation is determined by looks makes me want to ask her the following, “Were you born stupid, or is it a habit that you picked up and find that you have to practice at it for the sake of proficiency?”
