During Summer many people are fond of making healthy, home-made snacks to cool off with. I have recently been introducing my partner to what I like to call “Poor Snax” (we grew up in different social classes). Our son has just mastered drinking out of a bottle by himself and hasn’t figured out sippy cups yet, so the few that we have are just sitting around doing nothing. I decided to utilize them by freezing fruit juices mixed with water for frozen fruit juice snax. Today’s RotD is along the same lines.
