Reverend Grant Storms has been convicted of committing an obscenity. Last year, he was arrested for masturbating in a public park near a children’s playground. Judge Ross LaDart of the 24th Judicial District Court sentenced Storms to three years probation and psychological evaluation. It was the third time Storms had masturbated in Lafreniere Park in that week.

LaDart stated “Lafreniere Park is a public place. Lafreniere Park is a place that was chosen by this defendant to engage in a history of masturbation.”

In the confession, Storms told a police officer that he had taken a break from his business cutting grass to sip a beer in the park and become horny. He admitted that he was masturbating, but claimed he never exposed his dick.

The police officer asked Storms “Why do you go to the park and do this, as far as masturbating?” Storms replied “I don’t know. I guess a thrill.” The officer asked “So it’s a thrill-slash-fantasy for you?” Storms repliced “Yes”.

No evidence was found that Storms is a pedophile despite the location of the incident.

Storms is a notorious anti-gay protester and has often been seen outside Southern Decadence.
