My son, Felix

Time for another Art Break. My child is teething (4 @ the same time!), my dog (Rufus) is anxious because he is inside and he can hear people outside but isn’t allowed to bark because people are still sleeping, my partner had another seizure this morning (I wasn’t in the room this time when it happened). He’s fine. We discovered this when I went in the bedroom to make sure he was awake for work. He was calmly lying in bed watching Scooby-Doo. I immediately saw empty boxes piled in front of me, a wood child barrier moved from the end of our bed to in front of the tv across the room, and a destroyed middle shelf of the changing table. There was a pile of stuffed animals and broken wood. From the crime scene, I’m guessing he tried to climb it.

At the moment my child is groggily waking from a mid-morning nap and watching Scooby. Rufus is curled up in front of the playpen, also watching Scooby. My partner is awake and at work by now.

I refill my coffee and find that I’m in serious need of something beautiful to calm my soul. So, I need an ART BREAK! Let’s see what I’ve gathered this week. Enjoy!
