The Sec of State’s change does strike me as deliberately trying to sound more negative, but I doubt it’ll make a difference either way.

Bullshit! Someone’s not been paying attention in Civics class..OOPS! They don’t teach that anymore do they? Apparently not because that’s EXACTLY what the Judicial branch is SUPPOSED to do.
