The sky is turning pink here in the Green Mountains, and it has been a slow news day over all. I’ve been giving a lot of thought to the Texas GOP and their decision to try and ban the teaching of critical thinking skills. For some reason, what comes to me is this particular song. It feels like the GOP, in the guise of individuality, are more than willing to push absolute conformity. They do not want us to think, and do not want us to be individuals.
