		<description><![CDATA[The report listed here refers to the Military as a whole and not specifically the Service Academies. I found the conclusion of Ms. Bhagwati at odds with the most current assessment of the Air Force Academy by the DOD where the academy was found to be in compliance. 

As for not releasing the names of the accused cadets, there was a case earlier this year where the names of the accused cadets were released and one of them was subsequently found not guilty. Unfortunately if one were to do an internet search on the name of the cadet, there are literally hundreds of hits with his name and sexual assault associated with it.]]></description>
