The Trevor Project got a good dose of money infused into it as Anderson Cooper won at Jeopardy against Kelly O’Donnell and Thomas Friedman. Cooper participated in one of the Jeopardy special tournaments for charity, and chose to charity that specifically helps to prevent suicides, especially among LGBT youth.

Cooper ran away with the show by answering the most questions correctly even though he, and everyone else, failed to get the Final Jeopardy question correct. The question had to do with the inventor of the cotton gin.

Cooper is currently in hot water over his decision to interview a person who claims that she became trans after using an anti-baldness treatment.
