The computer tech testified under oath that when she told Bishop Finn that Ratigan’s computer was filed with child porn, and hundreds of pictures Ratigan took up the skirts of girls under 10 years old, Bishop Finn said “boys will be boys”.

One of the sets of pictures was a staged strip tease of a 2 year old girl out of a diaper, finishing with a fully exposed crotch shot. “Boys will be boys”. No. Bishops will protect pedophiles.

Catholics protect pedophile priests like Jesus would protect children.
