And now for round 2 of Celebrities acting like idiots.

Hank Williams Jr may has decided that his stock in trade is no longer Country Music, but rather, well, being a hate-filled man yelling at clouds. While Clint Eastwood is, by and large, a pretty sane individual who gave a rather bad performance at the Republican National Convention last week, Williams just shows that a lifetime of…something…has rotted his brain.

Williams told crowd at the Stockyards Music Festival that “We’ve got a Muslim for a President who hates cowboys, hates cowgirls, hates fishing, hates farming, loves gays, and we hate him!”

The crowd wasn’t exactly enthusiastic about that. Williams should also note that Obama has been doing what he can to help the farmers who are being badly hurt by the current drought only to have the GOP block his every effort.

The 63-year-old singer began his anti-gay commentary a few songs earlier, mocking “queer guitar pickers” in the middle of “All My Rowdy Friends Have Settled Down” before moving on to his next target: Liberal politicians, who he told to “move to Mexico” at the end of “We Don’t Apologize For America.”

Apparently, Hank Williams Jr believes that hatred is an American value.
