Qur’an Burning Pastor Behind Anti-Mohammed Film

“Reverend” Terry Jones

Surprise, surprise. The man behind the obscure, obscene film that cost the lives of four American diplomats is that jackass from Florida, “Reverend” Terry Jones.

That brings to at least thirteen the number of lives sacrificed to Jones’ ego, nine United Nations workers in Afghanistan and our four diplomats in Benghazi. We do not know how many of those who attack mosques in America, how many legislators who have written pointless laws to “defend” us from Sharia, how many militiamen subscribe to this phony preacher’s message or if he inspired the man who opened fire in the Sikh temple. At what point do we throw this bastard’s ass in jail?

Okay, I’m a wee little bit angry this morning.

Religious fanatics are dangerous. I don’t care which religion it is, they are dangerous. They are easily riled and driven to violence. They are easily persuaded to commit atrocious acts of inhumanity in the name of their god. Christians are not exempt from this truth. From the massacre at Carcassone to the near annihilation of the Aztec to the Holocaust, Christians have allowed themselves to be herded like cattle into the front lines of wars, to fight, die and kill for the political ambitions of the elite hiding behind God.

Terry Jones’ entire identity is wrapped up in his self-appointed position as the defender of the faith. This man is feeding his own ego by creating hatred, fostering violence and then whining it’s not his fault when others die for his actions.

Jones was the motivator behind Sam Bacile’s movie. In the film, the prophet Mohammed is portrayed as a pedophile, a rapist, a fraud and a false prophet. Basile claims to be an Israeli Jew living in Los Angeles, but Israel denies this. They have no record of him. He produced, wrote and directed the movie, which he says is just the beginning of a 200 hour epic condemnation of Islam as a false faith. The movie, Innocence of Muslims, was made for $5 million in donations from over 100 Jewish donors. It has been shown once, in a theater with practically no audience.

Maybe the lack of interest in the movie motivated the other jerk, the one who created and posted a trailer, translated into Egyptian Arabic, and posted on YouTube. It is believed the jerk is Morris Sadek, an Egyptian Coptic Christian who lives in America. YouTube has finally pulled the trailer, and the entire service is being blocked in Libya and Afghanistan to prevent any more violence.

The movie is a perfect storm of cowards. Jones hides behind the First Amendment to spread hate and fear. Bacile could not have made this movie in his home country because Israel isn’t as stupidly dedicated to free speech at any cost as we are. Sadek left Egypt to avoid the persecution of Coptic Christians. None of them fight for what they believe in. They all use and abuse our laws for their own aggrandizement and profit. They expect us to protect them from those they enrage with their disregard for the rights of others.

Basile admits he understood the risks of his film. Sadek didn’t care about the risks. He wasn’t the one who would have a target on his back the way Basile now has. Basile is in hiding. Sadek isn’t exactly putting himself out there to take credit for his involvement in this. Jones is strutting around like a mustachioed peacock, so proud of what he has done. After all, he helped manipulate Islamic fanatics into killing four American diplomats, men who had worked hard, put their lives on the front line to help Libyans achieve freedom from a nutcase dictator.

I’m sorry, but as has been frequently pointed out in our courts and our culture, freedom of speech does not include yelling “fire” in a crowded theater. It also does not include making a film that put lives in danger and threatens the stability of other governments. It does not include pursuing personal vendettas at the cost of international relations. Basile and Sadek are foreign nationals. They should be deported for this. They do not have the right to hide in our country, protected by our laws, if they so thoroughly disregard our security.

And Jones? Enough already. He was warned by our military before he burned those Qur’ans that his act could place American lives in danger. He is responsible for thirteen deaths. He intentionally put American lives at risk, knowing the consequences. That makes him a traitor. Arrest him already, prosecute him. Let him stand before a judge and jury and justify those deaths. Make him look in the eyes of the families of our diplomats and explain why he chose to sacrifice their loved ones to his God. If he insists that his God demands human sacrifice, let him be the first.

I believe we meed to understand the actions taken and where responsibility lies. I would host a Qur’an buring and sponsor this movie if it were in my power. It’s time for Christians to stop letting the radical Sharia hide behind people like Jerry Jones. There is no doubt, it is a fact, they are murders! There is no justification for their actions. Christians need to stop looking at ourselves and understand the Sharia movment is focused on eliminating Chritians. We are at war with Sharia based groups. The sooner we start acting like we are at war, the better protected we will be when they decide to kill innocent diplomats.

So. You’d gladly do something that would possibly get more of our soldiers killed, alienate countries that are our allies, and the vast majority of Muslims who have nothing to do with Sharia? Are you really that stupid? Or is it you’d rather we have the exact same kind of Theocratic Government that some of those countries are trying to get away from?

Renee Nal, you really should enroll in some adult education classes, specifically, English composition before making a fool of yourself when replying to articles. Your poor grammar and spelling (through for throw?) overpower any point (however meaningless) that you may be trying to get across.

We do not ever through this man’s ass in jail, just like we do not through artists in jail who create the “Piss-Christ” or for those who mock “Magic Underwear” or those tho carry around anti-Semitic signs at Occupy protests. We find the murderers who use this as their way to get “revenge” and we throw THEIR asses in jail.

“Through this man’s ass in jail” – yes, I believe that is a sexual preference in prisons these days.
