Thanks to Treeehugger.com I came across an article about up-cycling used cigarette butts. Now, I live in a household of smokers and actually had a cig in my hand when I came across this article. It made me think. It made me look at my ashtray. It made me wonder. Is there a way to reuse a cigarette butt? Apparently, there is!

Chilean designer Alexandra Guerrero has found a way to up-cycle used cigarette butts and turn them into retro-style crocheted clothing. Hats, dresses, and even a poncho! She even made them into soap!!! Check out the process in the full article HERE.
