Today is a certain fuzzy & blue monster’s birthday. …it is Sesame Street‘s Grover.

I grew up with him scared of the monster at the end of a book (which I still own), and teaching me about NEAR and FAR. I watched and learned from Super Grover. When I discovered Super Grover 2.0, I learned more; like putting a screw in  hole to hold up a shelf, how to help a cow down a set of stairs, etc. Whenever I see blue fur used in fashion/movies, I immediately think of Grover. He’s made an impact in my life, as well as millions of people across the planet.
