Stan “The Man” Lee

Deadline.com reports that comic book legend, Stan Lee, is in a bit of trouble based on Disney profits (5.5 billion from movies & merchandise) made on Marvel characters created by Lee.

Disney claims they own the characters (including Iron Man, Spider-Man, most of The Avengers, The X-Men and more).

Stan Lee Media Inc. claims differently.
