Kentucky State Senator Kathy Stein has introduced Senate Bill 28 and KY Representative Mary Lou Marzian has filed House Bill 171 in their respective chambers within the KY General Assembly. The bills both do the same thing- they would amend the Kentucky Civil Rights Act to include sexual orientation and gender identity among the classes of individuals protected from discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations.

On 20 February at 1:30pm, Fairness supporters will rally at the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort.
