Jon Stewart Notes That Dick Cheney Was Always Wrong

Jon Stewart may have hit on something with his critique of former Vice President Dick Cheney’s criticism of President Barack Obama’s foreign policy. After all, Stewart noted that Cheney had been wrong about everything that he had predicted. This may, actually, be something to note about the entire Republican Party. They seem to make all these grand predictions that fall flat. Remember, when the anti-gay parts of the GOP predicted that civilization would fall if New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont or any number of the other states that have same-sex marriage legalized it? Has that happened yet?

The GOP is better at fear and hate mongering than they are at predicting something actually occurring.

Jon Steward is brilliant! He can mix reality w/ humor when it comes to politics. He always hits the nail on the head and his comments about Cheney do just that. Keep it up, Joh….wouldn’t miss your show for the world! I much prefer it when it is just you as the “reporters” on your show are not all that interesting.
