Minnesota Reporter Has An Unfortunate Slip Of The Tongue

In his defense, maybe KTSP’s Bill Lunn just wanted a cigarette. Actually, the poor man may end up getting the award for the worst accidental slip of the tongue by a newscaster. Lunn made the slip of the tongue during the Pledge of Allegiance, apparently, on his way to introducing a segment on the Gay Pride Parade in Minnesota.

We do have to say, at least Lunn is taking it stride and with good humor because he knows he effed up. Lunn tweeted “4 years and they couldn’t get me on the KSTP blooper reel. I guess they’ve got me now.” He then said “haha yes…a bit of an unfortunate slip. Thanks for pointing it out. Haha,” and “haha…unfortunate slip of the tongue. Getting razzed at work a bit.”

We’ll forgive ya, Lunn. Slip ups like that happen to the best of us. At least you didn’t say something about keeping on effing that rooster.
